Rachel Nichole Collins is an outstanding personal injury attorney who truly sets the standard for excellence. From the very first interaction, she and her team treated me like family, not just another case file. Their compassion, patience, and genuine concern made an incredibly difficult situation much easier to navigate. Rachel took the time to personally explain every detail of the process, answered all questions thoroughly, and always made sure I felt supported and informed. She was consistently responsive, professional, and attentive, which gave me complete confidence that my case was in the best possible hands. Her dedication and personal involvement showed that she genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being, not just the outcome of the case. What truly sets Rachel apart is her integrity and commitment to her clients. She advocates fiercely while maintaining honesty, respect, and empathy. You feel heard, valued, and protected every step of the way. The entire experience easy.
Berry Law firm made me feel at ease from the initial consultation. They assigned David Hoeser to my claim. David and his team were very professional and answered all my questions in a prompt manner. In about 4 months I went from 10% disability to 100% P&T. I couldn’t have done it without David and Berry Law firm. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks team.
Good day to all you fellow veterans, thank you guys for your service. I'm coming to you guys as a witness, and give testimony of the work of Berry Law. I ran across these guy's merely searching for a firm to take my case. I reached out to them, and they reached out promptly. They gave detailed information on how they work and the dedication of the firm. I was recently awarded 100%, because of their hard work, attention to detail, and professionalism. If you all are tired of fighting, let Berry Law fight for you. You will not regret it. Stay blessed, and stay strong.
I would recommend Taylor to anyone! He helped me file my claims and make the process of working with the VA much less painful. He responded quickly to all of my questions, and helped explain processes and forms professionally and intelligibly. He gave great advice on how we should proceed and proved his capability and expertise. I'm grateful for all of his assistance, and would suggest him to anyone who needs help navigating the VA.
I chose Berry Law because they actually understand VA disability claims and how the VA works. I wanted a firm that knew what they were doing and would take my claim seriously. From the start, they were clear, honest, and focused on getting results. I worked with Gabe, along with Andy and Deb. They were solid the entire time. Communication was good, they stayed on top of things, and they explained everything in a way that made sense. I never felt lost or ignored during the process, which mattered a lot to me. Other Veterans should choose Berry Law because they genuinely advocate for you. They know how to build a strong claim and guide you through the VA process without unnecessary stress. I would recommend them to any Veteran looking for real support and a team that actually has your back.
I chose Berry Law because they have a reputation for success and working diligently on behalf of their client. I worked with Jamie Bell and her amazing team. They did a superb job in helping me get my claim together, gather important medical evidence, and ultimately submit my claim. They walked with me through the entire process, which I highly valued. I never felt like I was doing this alone! If you are a veteran who needs help in dealing with the VA to get the compensation you deserve, I highly recommend Jamie Bell and her team at Berry Law!
Rachel didn’t just handle my case—she held a negligent restaurant accountable when they would have otherwise gotten away with it. She immediately understood the seriousness of a food allergy contamination and the danger of a business giving the appearance of safety instead of being honest. Because of her, my medical bills were covered, there was compensation for pain and suffering, and—most importantly—there is now a documented paper trail on the restaurant’s insurance and litigation records. This wasn’t brushed aside, and that matters. Rachel is sharp, compassionate, and relentless. Without her, nothing would have been done. I would trust her again without hesitation.
Being able to work with Rachel Nichole Collins was an amazing experience. Having her being a bilingual individual was a plus. She was communicative throughout the whole process, answering quickly as she can, while also making us feel comfortable.

I used Berry Law for my initial VA disability claim, and the experience was excellent. They were professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. My claim was successful, and I did not have to pay anything out of pocket. I truly appreciate their guidance and support and would recommend Berry Law to other veterans seeking help with VA claims.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
