Posting on behalf of my non-techy neighbor, Mr Otto. I had a 20% rating and I saw an Ad on yahoo.com asking if you were satisfied with your current rating. I tried dealing with the V.A. on my own, and I was totally frustrated and discouraged. I was told my records were lost & destroyed in a fire. I couldn’t handle this on my own. I contacted Berry Law Firm’s Omaha office to see if they could help me navigate the policies of the V.A. They asked me to send any info I had, and that they’d look into it. They responded and assigned Sean Shepherd and his team to my case. They were able to locate all my records, and they kept me informed every step of the way. They found issues to address. They were able to raise my percentage to 70% and they didn’t stop there. They then re-submitted my claim and were able to achieve a full benefit of Unemployable Compensation. I would have never thought that this could happen. This was truly a life changing event!

am a recently retired Combat Veteran and had no idea of how to navigate the V.A. system, A Marine Veteran friend of mine recommended me to the Berry Law Firm, specifically to the team of Seth and Missy as they helped him through which would be my first victory of Sleep Apnea claim, from going to a civilian doctor to submitting my results to getting me a 50% rating that was the start of a unique relationship and has continued to the latest 94% rating as of today, I couldn't have done it without the Berry Law teams support and guidance, I highly recommend.
