Michael was extremely helpful when we were faced with a sudden legal situation. He explained our options and stayed on top of changes to the case. We had to request a date change and he worked very hard to get that accommodation. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael, especially to anyone having to deal with a legal matter for the first time.
Having Rachel as a lawyer on my side was the best decision I have made. Rachel made sure that everything was in order and had my best interest in mind. I had multiple injuries from my accident and Rachel made sure that I focused on my recovery which helped my whole recovery process go smoothly. She communicated in a professional manner while also being compassionate and sympathetic. There was little to no wait on a response from her whenever I reached out to her. Overall Rachel is a reliable lawyer that will try her best to get the best result out of whatever situation her clients are in.
Choosing Berry Law Firm and working with Samantha Robb was an excellent decision. She handled my appeals promptly and with professionalism. Simply could not have handled the process by myself or gotten the outcome I did without her. She is kind and compassionate to my situation and is diligently working to get veterans the compensation and benefits they deserve. She is attentive and responds quickly to any questions, taking the stress out of the appeals process. She knows everything there is to know about veterans law. I am thankful to have chosen Berry Law Firm and having Samantha Robb as my lawyer.
I chose the Berry Law Firm for several reasons including their trusted long and successful track record in gaining substantial compensation and fair ratings for their clients, the fact that they employ veterans in their firm who speak our language having walked in our boots themselves and finally for the clear stoic commitment to our brother and sisterhood and trust so courageously gained over their decades of fighting for the rights of our veteran community. The Berry Law Firm assigned their attorneys and veteran advocate Seth Chambers, himself a Marine Corps veteran along with his legal assistant Missy to my case. The team guided me through each step of the process, did all the paperwork and provided me with answers to every one of the many questions I had while my claims were being adjudicated by the VA. I am completely satisfied with the services I received from the Berry Law Firm and its staff! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking legal services!
I cannot express my gratitude enough for the outstanding legal representation provided by Berry Law. After struggling for over 20 years to secure the disability compensation I rightfully deserved, I turned to their team for assistance, and the results were nothing short of remarkable. From the initial consultation to the final resolution, Berry Law and the team of Veteran Advocates exhibited unparalleled professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for my well-being. The attorneys and support staff were not only knowledgeable about disability law but also compassionate and empathetic throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was their commitment to ensuring I understood every step of the legal journey. They communicated with transparency, keeping me informed about the progress of my case and promptly addressing any concerns or questions I had. This level of communication instilled confidence and trust in their abilities. The legal team at Berry Law demonstrated an u
I'm very satisfied with Berry Law, and my attorney Montana Crow. She answered my questions quickly and I felt confident in her ability to handle every aspect of my claim. I got a very favorable decision and am happy with her representation.

Hired Law Firm
I previously had worked with David Ossian while on active duty. After the topic came up in a conversation, I decided to allow him and his team to try and upgrade my disability rating. After about a half hour telephone call, David and his Berry Law team made all the arrangements that resulted in achieving the outcome that he predicted. David’s professionalism and knowledge of a very intricate system made this much easier than my initial claims. I cannot recommend David and Berry Law highly enough.
I didn’t check”won my case” because it seemed cringe. Instead, I will tell you that she did in fact get things worked out in my favor. So yeah, guess you could say she won my case. I also didn’t check organized because I didn’t sit and watch her work. A bit literal I know but that’s how I see it. She did her job amazingly well as far as I’m concerned based on the outcome and kept me up to date with the important updates. If you’re in a position that makes you think/someone suggested you get a lawyer I definitely recommend calling this firm. And 100 percent recommend this lawyer.I can’t guarantee they will take your case or that they will “win”. I am 100 percent glad that I called them and that they accepted my case. They can get things done with regards to insurance and hospitals that I personally would definitely not been able to do.
If you want a US veteran-focused law firm contact Jason Thomas at Barry Law. Not only did Jason agree to represent me on a previously denied claim, after review of my case he recommended that I file for things Veteran Affairs overlooked. While I haven’t heard the outcome of the original claim yet, I’ve already received a substantial bump in my disability rating due to the other things. Trust Jason with your case and you won’t be left behind!
David Ossian was extremely professional, responsive and helpful with my needs and concerns. I felt like I was talking to a friend who had a vast amount of knowledge and experience who was there for me when needed. Thank you for your assistance David, Tuesday and all at Berry Law. True professional service. Very respectfully, Robert Bishop
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
