Rachel Collins was the attorney I needed during my workers’ compensation case—professional, relentless, and genuinely compassionate. From our first meeting, it was clear she wasn’t just there to check a box; she treated my situation with real care for my physical and mental wellbeing, and she showed the same concern for my family. Her approach mixed practical, hard-hitting advocacy with a personal touch that made a difficult process feel less overwhelming. She actively fought against the third-party claims that were being twisted or blown out of proportion by the insurer. When I say she “fought,” I mean she didn’t settle for easy, superficial arguments—she dug into the facts, challenged mischaracterizations, and kept us aligned with what the law and the reality of my case actually permitted. She pushed back on ideas and tactics that would have delayed or undermined my recovery, and she made sure every angle the insurer tried to pursue was thoroughly examined and appropriately counter
Evan handled my case efficiently and honestly with little to no work on my end. Cannot thank him enough, now I can close the chapter on that accident. I will gladly recommend him! The whole office made this an easy process.

Having representation by Berry Law firm and Claire Kreiger, helped me cut through the unknown of the VA disability process. Claire was great in both her communication with me and her explanations of what I should pursue due to my disabilities. Claire was able to help me reach 100% the right way. I felt respected and appreciated by her and her firm. I would recommend any veteran with issues due to your military service to definitely contact Claire Kreiger and the Barry Law Firm to help you deal with the confusion of the VA disability process.

We found Berry Law thru a veteran referral. I reached out to the law firm and Samantha Robb responded. Samantha has been so helpful and knowledgeable. My dad, John W, really was skeptical this process would work as we have tried other applications for benefits to only be turned down. Samantha has been there thru this whole process, making everything easier and more understandable. She is always available via email to answer any and all questions. We are truly so happy to have found her and Berry Law!
Berry Law is an outstanding Veteran's advocate for Disability Benefit Claims. My Case Manager Krystal Klicko and her Legal Assistants (Morgan, Angela and Gabriella) were superb. Their professionalism, persistence, and patience are commendable! Thank You Berry Law!!

TJ at Berry law has been incredible with all my claims. They are very thoural, informative and professional. I would highly recommend this attorney and firm for any Veteran seeking help with their claims.
Working with Evan Stein was wonderful. He has kept me updated throughout the whole process. He was always responsive, whenever I had questions and asked him via email or phone call, he responded in a timely manner. He has always been proactive in reaching out to me, explaining my paths for different course of actions I can take, while breaking down legal terminology to easily-digestible words. I could tell that he always valued my input and was always eager to hear my thoughts. Evan made it easier for me to navigate through the legal process, by providing me the full scope of the situation and what to expect as time progresses. I truly felt like I was always in good hands with Evan. He is very transparent and never tried to convince me to go in a certain direction with the legal case that I did not want to go, which I greatly appreciate him for that. Evan Stein always told me exactly how it is. He is trustworthy and honorable as a lawyer and I am grateful he fought for me and won.
My husband was granted a low rating on his initial disability claim thru the VA. We realized that claim wasn't presented properly. It takes a person with basic knowledge in healthcare/medical terminology. I found Berry Law by word of mouth. After initial phone consult(15min), we were contacted by case manager, Devin Lovgren. He appealed prior claims & added new. The claims reviewers at VA, have NO medical knowledge. Thats why claims have to be THOROUGH. Within 90 days my husbands rating, was increased from 60%, to 90%, to 100%. TOTAL & PERMANENT. The only fee Berry Law took, was on appealed claims. That fact didn't affect the work Devin put in to get us to 100%. Soo thankful to him. He was helpful in explaining all benefits that are available when reaching 100%. He was a patient & great listener. My husband completely opened up, which is hard for a man/soldier of his generation. HIRE THIS FIRM for VA disability help!
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
