Hired Attorney Samantha Robb

I am so fortunate to have Samantha represent Me with my v a disability claim. She was so personable and explained everything to me and any questions I had throughout the two year process. She was quick. To respond And put my mind at ease. The way she responded back to the VA with her knowledge of writing was superb. And without her I wouldn't be nowhere Except in despair and would have given up.

Hired Attorney Joshua Yambor

Attorney Josh Yambor was awesome! Josh is a very knowledgeable and experienced personnel injury attorney. When I had any questions or concerns Josh would always respond in a timely manner, he would take the time to address my questions or concerns so I’m heard and at ease with my case. If I’m ever injured in a wreck again, I want Josh Yambor to represent me. He is the best personal injury attorney that I know. I will recommend Josh to anyone that is looking for a personal injury attorney. I wasn’t sure who to turn to after being rear ended and suffering extensive injuries to my back and hip! Josh Yambor fiercely represented me and got the result in my case that I deserved. If I’m ever injured in a wreck again, there is only one person to call and that is Josh Yambor at Berry Law!

After my car accident I thought everything would be taken care of by the other insurance company since the accident was not my fault. It became apparent after weeks of not getting a straight answer or not being able to talk to the person who was assigned to my case (who happened to be from a different time zone) as well as being transferred to call centers outside of the US that I needed to sit down with an attorney. I am so grateful that I went to Berry Law and met with Evan. He listened and asked his questions so patiently with me. He took care of everything for me. I didn’t have to speak to any of the insurance companies after that. My stress level went from a 10 to 0 allowing me to just concentrate on recovering. He would check in with me consistently to see how I was doing and to let me know how negotiations were going. Evan is professional, knowledgeable, caring and trustworthy. They are pitbulls in disguise. They will not quit until they get you want you want. I would reccomend them to any service member that has filed a claim and was unsuccessful. They will change things around in your favor. The VA is expecting a number of claims to fail and for you to give up. Don't do it call Berry Law and see what happens. Good Luck.

My husband is a Vietnam Veteran and has a variety of illnesses relating to exposure to Agent Orange. Prior to being recommend to Samantha Robb, we applied for disability compensation and found the process a bit overwhelming. We made a few mistakes along the way (forgot to sign one form) and that only lengthen the time for our paperwork to be processed. Once we made contact with Samantha Robb, we felt very lucky to be in her care. She explained the process of what she was going to do, she kept us advised of the progress. Most importantly, she never made me feel that I was asking too many questions (which I sure I was). If I sent an email, I usually got an answer that day or the very next morning. We feel very blessed to have Samantha Robb on our "team". She and her staff at Berry Law are the BEST!!
