Hired Law Firm
Berry Law was recommended to me because of their stellar reputation with winning veterans disability claims. I have been going through this process for over 20 years and have always been reluctant to hire a lawyer. The team at this law firm got things done in less than 6 months! I would recommend them to anyone. Matthew Bartling in NE was candid and patient with all of my concerns, even calling to update me on the progress. As veterans themselves, they genuinely seem to care about you and the outcome. He helped me achieve my goal and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Thank you.
Carey Collingham was incredibly compassion and helpful during my case. I appreciate how I was able to gain an understanding of my case through consistent, reliable updates from Carey. He answered my questions and gave insight to my case. An exceptional lawyer is an understatement, Carey is much more than a good lawyer, he is also someone that has an individuals best interest at heart. I am so appreciative of his time and dedication to my case! Thank you, Carey!
I found Berry Law on an internet search and read the reviews which led me to choose them. I have been in contact with Rosario Torres and David Hoeser for a few years now and they both have been very helpful. They are quick to respond to my emails and always very helpful. The VA closed a claim because I missed a phone call from a doctor and David and Rosario were able to get the claim reopened and back on track. I missed the call because the VA didn’t advise me I would be getting a call and my phone blocks unknown callers. David and Rosario make sure the VA now gives me hard mail notifications on all upcoming appointments. Berry Law helped me go from 10% to 90% on claims the VA previously declined. Berry Law included case law and previous judgements approved by the VA to push my claims and copied me on everything. I was able to read previous case law and now understand why the VA declines so many unrepresented Vets. Great communications, great results.
I chose Berry Law because of their strong reputation in handling VA cases and their commitment to veterans. I had the pleasure of working with Corrina Bartels, who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always kept me informed, ensuring I felt supported throughout my case. Berry Law’s dedication and experience make them an excellent choice for anyone seeking help with VA claims. They truly understand the challenges veterans face and are committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for their clients.
I chose Berry Law because they are veterans serving veterans. Krystal gathered my information and was outstanding in her sensitivity, communication abilities, and knowledge. I received a higher disability than I was hoping for, fulfilling a sense of justice and removing years of bitterness. Alone I was running around in circles which is why so many veterans give up. I am eternally grateful to Berry Law and Krystal for working on my behalf. Forever grateful!!!!!!!!!
Samantha was awesome, when I needed a call for clarification, she called. When I didn’t understand something at all, she called. When I was concerned about something or frustrated, she called. She called because I could tell she legitimately gave a sh1t. What did she give a sh1t about? About me and the mission to get vets what they have earned. She made it easy on me and saved me a ton of time. I would recommend her a 1000 Times more than I already have if I had the reach to do so. And she enjoys what she does and it shows!!! If you’re reading this and you have called her yet, you are wrong!!!
Seth and Angela at Berry law firm have proven to e time and time again why they are the best in their field. Its because Seth and Angela care just like the rest of the team at Berry Law. they you guys aways go above and beyond what it takes to help us Veterans with our claims and guide us through out the process. 5 stars A+. if any veteran out there is struggling to find a reputable Lawyer. look no further as Berry is the place to be. Thank you again Seth and Angela along with the whole Berry Law team. thank you for everything you have done for me. it has. Respectfully Jason
As a disabled veteran, I cannot speak highly enough about the amazing employees and overall work ethic of Berry law. I chose Berry Law because countless testimonies of fellow veterans who have used them to represent them in their disability claims. I never experienced such highly professional and compassionate individuals, especially in a law firm which tends to be very businesslike and disconnected from their people they are representing. I was represented by a Disablitiy Case Manager by the name of Corrina, who spent countless times and hours on the phone with me and responded to all of my emails, regardless of how busy her workload was. She was always honest and upfront with me and explained to me each step of the process, which can be extremely disheartening and discouraging whenever you deal with a government agency. Corrina and the representatives at Berry Law were absolutely amazing and took the time to answer all of my questions and assist me with each form.
I first tried getting assistance from the VA in 1989 not knowing the difference between the VA healthcare and disability systems. I was told that I wasn't entitled to anything, since I had a job and healthcare through my work. I gave a big middle finger to the VA and never gave them a thought for 30 years. I was encouraged by my coworkers (Iraq and Afghanistan War Vets) to submit a claim with the VA for my military injuries and combat experience. I started my claim in 2019 and not shockingly, was denied 3 times by the VA for everything except tinnitus. I finally decided to contact an attorney and settled with Berry Law. I was teamed up with TJ Kroh from the firm, and I couldn't have asked for a better advocate. He was the first person other than family that seemed to be concerned with how my claims, denials, and how I was treated by the VA. After four years of fighting on my own and 3 denials, I turned everything over to TJ Kroh. Within 10 months, he and Berry Law were able to get
I was really as far as my abilities and resources could take me with my claims and my personal appeals with the Veterans Administration, I had to get some professional legal help. Some friends of mine were greatly assisted by Berry Law. I contacted Berry Law and was quickly connected with Montana Blu Crow, who from the start, understood my problems and was reassuring that she could help. Montana not only successfully appealed cases where I had been denied, but filed addition claims on my behalf successfully. Montana is a very skilled attorney and very familiar with how the VA works. Montana kept me informed with every step she took and always answered my questions. Montana won my cases as well as my respect for her abilities.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
