Hired Attorney Tammy J. Arquette Esq.

We hired Tammy to facilitate our bankruptcy in 2017. We did all that was required, paid our fee and Tammy started the process. Problem is she never completed it. We were forced to contact the judge in our case and he had to force Tammy to pay the fees which we had already paid her and complete the paperwork which we had supplied to her. This was years later. Her actions have damaged our credit beyond the norm as we have spent years attempting to rebuild it. I would not recommend Tammy for something this important in your life. No one WANTS to file for bankruptcy. The communication was awful. Follow through was awful. Result was ....awful.

Hired Attorney Tammy J. Arquette Esq.

She was acquired thru another professional within the same field to finalize some paperwork and she took on the task with compensation. She filed the paperwork with the state and the state rejected it due to 2 conflicting wordings. We asked her to revise and resubmit and after multiple phone calls and emails she refused to respond. Because of the complicity of the paperwork, we even offer to pay her extra, instead of starting over and she would not respond. Regardless of her intentions, is was v

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
