I consulted Joel while my wife and I were under contract on our first home, and ran into some serious inspection issues. While under such a stressful situation, he helped us negotiate and ultimately walk away from the purchase. I regretted not consulting him originally and so, we hired Joel when we found another property a few months later. He helped us throughout the process from attorney review, to inspection issues and through closing. At closing, Joel was a great help and carefully explained everything to us. Joel was always prompt to reply and the legal fee was very reasonable. My wife and I really appreciated having him on our team, especially navigating the wild west of of real estate. I highly recommend hiring Joel for any real estate purchase!

I contacted Joel Spivak after a a very intense divorce. I was left in financial ruins after the divorce. Joel was VERY knowledgeable about the steps I needed to take to file bankruptcy. In addition, he was very caring of my situation and did the very best job in ensuring that I was protected. He answered all of my questions and took all of my many phone calls and was patient in answering every question. There were a lot! Because of Joel's help, I was able to clean up my financial life, go back to school to get an MBA, find a great high paying job and simply life my best life almost stress free. I had to call Joel a few years later regarding the matter and what really stuck was that he immediately knew who I was, knew what we had done, and was happy to answer my questions. In addition, he offered his services if I ended up needing them. This is the type of attorney that I want in my corner! Great Job, Joel and thank you!

Our experience with Mr Joel Spivack's law firm was a very pleasant and incredibly effective partnership throughout! We hired Mr. Spivack's law firm for a real estate transaction. Mr Spivack provided an initial 30 min phone call, walking us thru the process and providing some key points and advise on what to watch out for. Once we hired Mr Spivack and signed our contract, Mr Spivack was very detailed in reviewing the sales contract, providing valuable consultation during the process and was extremely diligent with follow ups, documentation and communication. Having Mr. Spivack on your side, you can rest easy with the whole real estate transaction process and you could count on him to represent your best interests.
