They are not a good attorney to handle a injured that a prison case. If you or Loved one been hurt in prison or jail don't go with this attorney. They act like they do not care at all. I asked if I can speak to anyone in the legal department and hung up on me.

They trick you with white lawyers on the commercial they don’t tell you that you’ve gotta deal with the most ghetto disrespectful no people skill having hood rats for 90% of your case, I should have learned my lesson the first time my wife and mother used these people, but after bein hit by a drunk driver and having the video I thought it’s an open shut case, how wrong was I, they had us goin everywhere for dr visits and MRIs ct scans racking up thousands in bills, only to never investigate the situation and ruled our case 50/50 liability when we were parked in front of a house and hit by a drunk driver. The only agenda at John foy is to take 40% they’ll do it for 25% but they want u to think they’re going that extra mile, instead they want u to investigate your own case then give them credit!! If you’ve never listen to a review listen 2 me
I am very dissatisfied with my experience with them. This was my first time needing someone for a situation like this and I was very new to this. They did not keep in contact, did not walk me through the process. I was just in the blind the whole time following what little I would hear back from them and at the end of the process I was VERY DISSATISFIED. I will never return to them for any of my needs ever again.
My experience with John Foy and associates was nothing short of a horrific, emotional disaster. My mother was dropped on her head by a medical transportation company in 2020 during covid. After she was released to go home in 2021, she wanted to work with John Foys law firm to pursue a lawsuit. Because my mother was dealing with overcoming covid, stroke and being dropped on her head, I was the main point of contact to help expedite resolving her case. My mother passed away this year in January 2022, but prior to her passing, we tried so hard to get this case settled because my mom was not doing good. I contacted the law firm 2-3 times a week trying to get an update and I did not begin to get any follow up until February 2022. I was advised to retrieve a letter of administration over my mom's estate and that's what I did. The reason behind the case release is inhumane and although there was a contractual agreement signed in July'2021, they used the poa timing as an excuse to quit.
Very little communication and staff that reacts to dissatisfied clients with emotion instead of reassuring, trust-building confidence. There were several medical procedures requested by medical providers that went unanswered due to miscommunication between provider and John Foy and I was told that I had to do the leg work for medical records myself, resulting in many, many miles of running around, like an unpaid employee. Then I was told that John Foy & Associates doesn't even handle diminished value claims. What this means is that you will be responsible for securing the value of the diminished (lowered) value of your car when you try to resell - after your accident, your car is worth less money... if you want to be compensated for that money, you will have to figure out how to fight with the insurance companies yourself. With John Foy & Associates, you will have A LOT of leg work. Very disappointed with my experience.
hate I recommended this firm to my son. He was in an non at- fault accident while working. It was a clear cut case. Case was against individual at-fault and his work company. Attorney working case completed case against the at-fault individual and it was time to file against his work company. Attorney started giving him plenty of excuses and run around everytime he called. After several.months not hearing from attorney he attempted to call attorney many times with no sucess. Finally after he continued to call to check the status of his case he was directed to the supervisor which told him the attorney was no longer with company and that his case was closed. When he inquired about case aginst his employer, she told him that he didn't want to sue his employer cause they could fire him, he stated that he wanted to continue with the suit and she stated that she would check on case and return his call after many months he still haven't heard from her and she haven't returned any of his
John Foy is only out to get your money they showed no care or concern for injuries I sustained from an accident that was not my fault. Injuries I have to live with for the rest of my life. I wake up daily with pain radiating throughout my body. Choosing this firm was the worst decision ever
The law firm helped me lose my job and my home. The client-attorney privilege does not exist with this law firm. I was quoted $900.00 for my settlement, but however, my bankruptcy attorney claimed my settlement was for $1600.00 dollars. As a fifty-three-year-old Veteran, I am now homeless, because there is no client-attorney privilege. I have lost my home beware. As a veteran with PTSD as a result of hiring, John Foy been contemplating suicide. All veterans beware.
I retained them in march. Followed all instructions to a T. Its july and i get a call after calling several times that my case is resigned. They did nothing but lie and waste my time. Nothing was done. I have injuries and bills. Now what??? Everytime I spoke to the lawyer everything was good. Now its resigned on what basis. There was even a security camera that was on site . they are a joke they dont go to court. They just want to push paper work for an easy settlement
