Ms. Courtney has practiced family law for the last 21 years, concentrating her practice in the areas of divorce, distribution of marital assets, support and custody. She has represented CEOs, individuals with high net worth, as well as other professionals in addition to representing the spouses of said individuals.

Ms. Courtney has been honored by inclusion in Law & Politics Magazine and Philadelphia Magazine’s Rising Stars list of the top 2.5 percent of all lawyers under age 40 in the Commonwealth as selected by her peers statewide.

Ms. Courtney is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Ms. Courtney received her basic collaborative practice training from Practical Collaborative Solutions LLC.
Ms Courtney also serves as a Parent Coordinator for high conflict custody cases. Ms. Courtney received her training from the Cooperative Parenting Institute.

Ms. Courtney is an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association, as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ms. Courtney received her law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1993, where she was elected to Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity and her B.S. from the University of Delaware in 1990, where she was elected to Mortar Board and elected President of her senior class.

Jennifer Courtney helped me in my divorce and my child custody. She was GREAT !!! She gave me a lawyers point of few along with a women's and a mother's point of view. I couldn't of asked for a better lawyer. I would recommend and have recommended her to other people.

n 2017, I hired Jennifer Courtney to finish my QDRO from my divorce which started in November 2012. My first attorney charged me but never finished the job. It was clear she did not know how but still charged me! Jennifer was efficient, smart and very organized. She immediately took charge of my situation and processed it through until it was finally resolved the end of 2017. I should have hired Jennifer Courtney to handle my divorce from the beginning.

Jen is as knowledgeable and experienced as they come; always prepared and focused on what needed to be done. Would have been 5 stars across the board, but divorce can be an expensive endeavor, and the "value" of the legal process is not always clear...
