It was a pleasure working with Marty. He held my hand through the whole process. He was thorough in explaining the process and I felt very confident and comfortable with strategies that he recommended. I am very pleased with my outcome and it was all because of his expertise. Marty has been doing this for many years and is very good at it! He’s very personable and compassionate and I consider him a friend.

Retaining Martin Rosen was the beginning of my blessings. He listened to all my concerns and made me feel secure in my decision to go forward with the divorce. He asked me questions to make sure I wanted to divorce my husband and even provided his cell phone and home number if I needed him at any time. I highly recommend Marty and know his assistant, Akeera will provide excellent professional service.

I fired my high end /hotshot, NYC attorneys and hired Martin Rosen 18 months into my divorce negotiations — and it was the best decision I ever made! I had been through the wringer - feeling like I wasn’t being heard by my legal team and with a constant feeling that, “This is not fair! It’s not right!”. From our first meeting, Martin showed compassion and vowed to fight on my behalf and get me what was legally and morally right after a 16+ year marriage. He is a highly respected Westchester lawyer and this was obvious from the minute we stepped into the courthouse together. He knows the law inside and out, and his courtroom etiquette is superb. The settlement I got was far above and beyond what my original attorneys urged me to agree to — and if that wasn’t pleasing enough, I have also made a friend for life. Martin will have your back, he will treat you with kindness and respect, and he will fight for you both inside and outside the courtroom. He is a diamond in the rough.

Marty represents me in a family case and has been an excellent attorney and advisor. He is a true professional, offering sound opinions and the context to support them. He is firm and extremely reasonable. His background and decades of experience are impressive, and Marty seems to have worked with nearly every other family attorney and judge in Westchester County. Even with that, he is always humble, respectful, and approachable. Marty is also extremely responsive and reachable, which is a trait I hadn't fully appreciated until several weeks into this process. I cannot tell you how comforting it is to know that your attorney will always call you back or respond to your email within a few hours. I cannot recommend Marty highly enough. His work is excellent and I trust him completely. If you are entering into a marital action in Westchester County, Marty should be high on your list of attorneys to interview.

I am a satisfied client who had the pleasure of hiring and working with this remarkable lawyer. Martin is an excellent person to represent you in your case, especially if the said case is a complex one or requires an “experts expert.” I cannot recommend him enough. Aside from the laudable requirements of a premium lawyer (connectedness, organization, professionalism, honesty), his 50+ years (53, I think, to be exact as I am writing this in 2021) representing clients has given him a unique aptitude to navigate difficult waters, allowing him to anticipate traversing potential avenues that less skilled and experienced lawyers would fail to embark down. His insights to my case and the tireless work he put in resulted in a remarkable outcome for myself and my family, one we will always be grateful for. Again, I cannot recommend his services enough. He is the finest family law attorney I have come across, and his character is on a matching level to his legal skill set.

When my wife of 13+ years walked out on me last summer after I was diagnosed with cancer at age 52, and hit me with divorce paperwork 4 days later; I was immediately looking to hire a top notch divorce attorney. I reached out to my cousin who is one of the top people at JP Morgan Chase to get the name of the divorce attorney that he used. My cousin said…”You do not want the attorney that I used. You would be much better off with the attorney that Jen (his ex-wife) used.” CLEARLY THERE IS NO BETTER TESTIMONIAL THAN THAT. Jen and I were still very close so I reached out to her and she shared with me how delighted she was with Martin Rosen’s work. She gave me his number and I reached out to him. Martin asked me to come in for a consultation. I drove up to his office in White Plains from the City and I knew immediately upon meeting him that he was my guy. He has been practicing law for more than 50 years and is extremely respected in his field. Martin was a gentleman and did amazing work.

Marty has a pretty rare combination of qualities - technical expertise from decades of practice in family law, and extreme caring for clients from just being a good human being. He was the 8th lawyer I interviewed and I walked straight out of his office to the bank to get the check for his retainer. He is super smart but super humble. You can reach him at all times and he will take your call, which was certainly a comfort to me. He'll energetically go to bat for you when your rights are being unfairly trampled, and I've seen him respectfully but pointedly rebuke even judges. But he'll also tell you when you yourself are in the wrong or expecting too much - I think that's important in family law. He will try to minimize costs and find the most efficient way to solve a problem. But the thing I was most amazed by was that Marty always made me feel like I was important, not just my legal case. I came to him at a very difficult time in my life and he was the rock I needed.
