Subsequent to his position as a city councilman, Attorney Grauer was appointed to serve as special counsel to the Mayor of the City of White Plains. In that role, for four years Attorney Grauer worked on legislative and legal issues facing the city, county, and state where he developed extensive governmental experience on a local and regional level.
