Phil represented both my wife and I in 3 separate cases this past summer. While every other lawyer we had spoken to was suggesting there would be some repercussions for us, Phil ensured us he could get the cases dismissed and clear my record, which he did every time. Phil is the BEST expungement and record sealing attorney in Massachusetts. He is focused, organized, methodical, experienced, fair and easy to communicate with. He couldn’t have done a better job for me and was successful in expunging a restraining order my ex-wife committed perjury to obtain. I recommend Phil to family, friends and acquaintances alike.

Attorney Phil Arnel is the Massachusetts' expert on 209A/258E orders. I retained Phil on a difficult set of domestic violence / harassment allegations requiring an appearance in front of the judge, which resulted in the order not being extended. From the start he took charge of the situation, took the time to listen to the facts, and guided me through the process.The MA laws in this area are very complex, and when you only get one shot at your defense (permanent record) you can't mess around.

Phil was great with my case - he took it last minute, explained everything to me regarding restraining orders and that different rules applied (as evidence, jurisdiction, etc.) and managed to exclude all the plaintiff’s evidence at the hearing. He also had to read a lot of paperwork, since it was a very convoluted case with multiple cases outside of MA. The RO suit was dismissed.
