This was the first time I was required to hire a lawyer to help settle an issue at work. I found Phil to be helpful, truthful and above all he cut thru the bull. Hope I dont have to hire another lawyer but if I do Phill gets my vote.

I had several dismissed cases that needed to be sealed, and Phil was able to have all cases sealed and my FBI report updated within a short period of time. He ensured I was completely informed throughout the process, and accurately answered any questions I had, ensuring that he was getting the best results for me possible under Massachusetts law. My personal effort required in this endeavor was minimal, and Phil was able to accomplish everything I needed for a fraction of the price that other lawyers had quoted me for. I would highly recommend Phil to anyone in need of legal assistance.

Working with Phil was an excellent experience from beginning to end. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly he got to work gathering documents. Communication was excellent and varied including phone calls, text messages and emails. He was patient and thorough with all questions we asked and even answered the questions we didn't ask. Working with Phil, it was clear that he was very knowledgeable about the law and that he is well thought of by persons in the court system.

Phil is exceptionally knowledgeable, he was extremely responsive to my case (expungement of a 209A), and he was ultimately successful. Throughout the process, it was obvious that Phil is a niche expert in this gray area of law.
