Phil Arnel was of great assistance in helping to prevent a 1-year extension of a restraining order taken out against me on somewhat flimsy grounds. My only regret is not acting sooner to hire Phil Arnel to take on the restraining order at the time of original issuance.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Attorney Phil Arnel and the truly life-changing work he has done for me. He worked an absolute miracle in court, updating and sealing my entire criminal record of 33 charges at once, as well as updating and sealing my entire FBI arrest record! These criminal charges had built up over years of addiction and disordered mental health. Now, thanks be to God, after more than 10 years being recovered from that hopeless state of mind and body and having completely amended my life, Phil told me he wanted to help restore my past and clear it up. I would not have been able to do this without his knowledge and help. I now understand how much of an investment this was in myself and has granted me the ability to not be burdened by my past so I can now build my family and future without worry of it sneaking back up to cause a disturbance! He followed through on that promise with compassion, dedication, and unmatched skill!

Let me start by saying that you would be lucky to have Phil take on your case. He is incredibly detail oriented and worked tirelessly to make sure that I felt comfortable. He has decades of experience and has incredible understanding of the system. I am a professional by trade and had false allegations made against me. He was reassuring and incredibly supportive of my anxieties as we went through the process. Most of all, he went above and beyond even when (especially when) he didn’t need to. Phil Arnel took my husband’s case when no other lawyer would. My husband had functioned as his own lawyer, and as a result was convicted of two non-violent crimes. When he accidentally violated his probation, he finally agreed to have a lawyer. Thank God for Attorney Arnel. My 78-year-old husband could have gone to prison, but instead he only got his probation extended and a fine. Attorney Arnel truly cares about his clients, even the difficult ones (like my husband). He’s passionate and truly knowledgeable. He understands the subtleties of the court system. He argued brilliantly in court for my husband in front of a difficult judge. I wish we had hired him at the beginning. If so, my husband wouldn’t be a convicted felon.
