At first I was a bit unsure the route we initially were trying to take would work. He was very informative and had everything mapped out and organized. I recommend to anyone with an *out of state DUI* to pay the little extra money to fly back to IL and do an informal court hearing. It made everything so much easier and I felt a weight lifted from my back after the hearing. He knows the ropes of DUIs, especially out of state and does an awesome job defending your case. My case was honestly a mess. I was unsure anyone would be able to untangle all the contradictions I had from my passed out of state affidavits. I 100% recommend David and his process. It took a year from the consultation to my day in court/win but it was well worth it. (I was also out of state and had to fly back, im sure the process would've been faster if i was in IL) Mahalo nui loa ~Carly Stanley

I hired David Winer for my driver's license reinstatement. From the beginning he was brutally honest about what exactly I needed to do. He laid everything out for me and gave me helpful resources and packets. Always returned my calls in a timely manner. I felt extremely prepared during the hearing and it went EXACTLY how he said it would. I just received my driving permit in the mail this week after being without a license for 5 years.
