Mr. Gately is a true expert in the PDES process. After my disastrous IPEB process with military legal representation was completed with inaccurate and undesirable determinations, I hired Mr. Gately after a thorough initial consultation. Mr. Gately was able to provide exceptional advice in navigating my medical process while simultaneously outlining concerns noted through my medical records to my branch of service though a reconsideration request. Jack (Mr. Gately) is an exceptional attorney with tremendous proclivity in winning my complex PDES case. He knows the laws, policies. Abs procedures inside and out. He quickly identified multiple discrepancies the USCG was making that would have drastically reduced the compensation I was eligible for. He was able to determine one of my disabilities was combat related which made my compensation tax exempt. He had to correct the inexperienced USCG staff member that incorrectly documented my records and said he was ready to bring these serious discrepancies before a judge (USCG quickly signed the paper work Mr Gatley correctly filled out to avoid embarrassment in trial).
