My case was an active duty IDES. Jack actually came highly recommended by my skipper who had used him during his IDES process. I am forever grateful that I was put into contact with Jack and that he took my case. My case was clear cut from the start, but every step of the way seemed to have numerous administrative errors on the military side. Jack wrote MFRs and statements needed to help correct each error that would’ve cost me big time if not rectified early. Exceptional lawyer. We needed a lawyer to navigate through military disability system. It’s been a long process but Mr gately will take care of you if he accepts you. He only has a finite amount of time so he will review you and is selective however when selected he takes care of you thru the entire process entering into ides and even crsc.
