We hired Jack in 2013 for my husband's AF MEB. It was an epic disaster,&took almost 3 years. Jack's loyalty to us hasn't wavered once. He made us feel at ease from the first phone call,&always knew exactly what we needed to do throughout each curveball we were thrown. Unfortunately, we lost the FPEB; however, Jack persevered & fought for us, filing an appeal to the AFBMRC in 2015. I retained Mr. Gately for a MEB VA reconsideration request, he was much more knowledgeable and motivated than the ODC Attorney appointed to me by the Air Force. I feel as if the ODC Attorney was overwhelmed with cases and didn’t have the time or interest to personally address my case. Jack worked my case until we won! There were many challenges for which he found clever solutions. Due to the nature of my case there was very limited medical evidence but we prevailed by using non-medical evidence. Jack performed extremely well in front of the judge (after an 8 year fight).
