Jack was great! When my husband was sent to a medical board, we realized we needed help late in the process. And knowledge and experience he possesses on MEB process was just incredible especially if you are going through the CG MEB process. Jack got involved late in my MEB case, but was able to quickly determine the steps that we needed to take and we put together all of the paperwork necessary to submit before the deadline. He represented me again when the VA fought to reduce my disability a couple years after my medical retirement. I have referred Jack to several friends as they worked their way through the MEB/PEB process. Having someone who is truly *YOUR* advocate and can advise you on your best interests is invaluable. If you need representation in this area, I don't think you can find someone better. The only negative that I experienced was that communication seemed slower or less-responsive than I expected and on a couple of occasions, I had to send multiple messages to receive a response. Over the years that Jack represented me, it became clear that he is really busy working a bunch of cases.

Jack represented me during my Army Med Board and VA disability evaluations, and was a literal lifesaver. Without him supporting me throughout the process, I don't think I would have survived given the lack of support I was receiving from my command. Jack led me through every step of the process and made sure I knew exactly what to expect from beginning to end. I hired him as soon as I was referred for a Med Board and I couldn't be happier that I did. I thought I'd be lucky to get a 30% DoD/70% VA rating, but with Jack's assistance I received a 70% PDRL and 100% VA rating, ensuring my healthcare and financial needs will continue to be covered for the rest of my life and relieving me of a tremendous burden.
