Hired Attorney

Brian had responded to my email request right away and he set a meeting for the following day. He had done his research on my situation before our meeting. He was informative and educated me right away on each scenario that could take place. Responded to all of my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. Worked on the weekends and evenings to close this case quickly. His fee's were very reasonable. I would highly recommended his service to anyone.

I spoke to Mr. Huddleston today regarding a debt collection case and he provided me with great advice and guidance. I called a few law offices before and they all went to voicemail; Mr. Huddleston answered on the 2nd ring. I was near tears while explaining my situation to Mr. Huddleston on the phone but he made me feel calm and talking to him felt like talking to a good friend. Although I wasn't able to hire him for my representation, I know who I am calling should the need arise in the future.

Brian helped me with an employment law issue (non-compete agreeement) and I couldn't be happier with the results. Unlike most of my previous experiences with lawyers, Brian answers his phone and his e-mail. He was very proactive in our case. He was aggressive and we ended up settling, rather than going to court which would have been a lot more expensive. He kept us aware of any changes in our case and any additional charges. We will definitely use him again!

Brian represented me in a foreclosure against my mortgage servicer. I was no longer living in the state and he handled the entire case from start to finish without my physical presence. Brian chose to fight the suit and was successful. My house was sold short and the bank accepted the sale amount as "payment in full". I would have been foreclosed on without Brian - that is indisputable. His expertise in this area is worth every penny he charges. My only regret is that my space here is limited.

Brian took the three pages of gunk that I had created for our client agreement and transformed them into a cohesive legal agreement with the best interests of both parties at heart.
