Nathan has represented individuals accused of criminal offenses ranging from minor speeding tickets to capital murder since 2003. Although the consequences and strategies differ in each case, his approach remains the same. In order for the client-lawyer relationship to be successful, there must actually be a relationship. It must be a relationship where the client feels comfortable and confident that their lawyer truly cares about their case. Secondly, there is no substitute for preparation. There is no consistent way for an attorney to reach the best possible result unless he takes the time and steps necessary to be fully prepared in each and every case. Finally, an attorney must be open to negotiate, but willing and able to aggressively litigate for his client. Nathan uses this approach to reach the best possible result for his clients.

I have never worked with Mr. Earwood before but if I need an attorney again I will definitely reach out to him. He worked hard to make sure that my ticket was reduced to what I had desired even though other attorneys weren’t sure they could. He had great communication and I felt like he was very reasonably priced. He was very honest with the expectations of court and gave me realistic outcomes. Thank you so much!

I got a ticket of 88 in a 55 in Macon county NC. Mr. Earwood was able to reduce my ticket to 68 in a 55. He was affordable and I didn’t have to show up or anything! Would 100% recommend spending the money for a better outcome on your ticket!

Received a speeding ticket and most places told me to kick rocks, you're screwed, or wanted to charge insane prices for service. Nathan Earwoods place was the only one that actually listened and said they could help with a fair price for service. I personally felt the back and forth communication could've been slightly better, everything was handled over a few emails, but a phone call to touch base over everything would've been appreciated in my eyes. But overall they did what they said they were gonna do and, just had to pay north Carolinas speed trap extortion tax and alls good now.
