07/2002 Law Patriot law firm Mr Ross Alagna engaged in 2 conflicts of interests. The state appointed mediator in my dissolution of marriage mediation and witness, asked him for legal advice which 1) he followed through giving her.He then got on the screen 2)gave me the same legal advice.I am a disabled elderly having 12 permanent disabilities. With the torn rotator cuff my arm in a sling and on a crutch to walk, mediation ended. I began to rise in my seat with one arm using the crutch. Mr Ross Alagna began to berate me saying,"you don't need that crutch" "where did you get that crutch?" "You can walk you don't need that crutch" "you do not have a case let's end this." He was still ranting as I left the room. He was my wife's counsel and Alagna has since been terminated from Law Patriot! Both him and Thomas Colter have withdrawn from case. Under Florida CHP. 825.1 02 Ross Alagna committed a 3rd deg felony on disabled elderly. Charges are being filed. Thank you for your time.
