At the law offices of Gordon & Partners, we represent the injured, not the powerful. Our firm is dedicated to representing and fighting for the rights of the injured.

The Law firm of Gordon & Partners was founded on the principle that people, as well as insurance companies and other large corporations, deserve quality legal representation.

The firm limits its practice to helping those who have personal injury or wrongful death claims against insurance companies,product manufacturers, or medical providers, persons who have suffered discrimination or other civil rights violations, and those who have lost money investing in the securities markets. Clients who have other types of legal problems are referred to lawyers with expertise in the appropriate legal specialties.

Because the firm only represents individuals, virtually all of its cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. Costs are additional, although in most cases the firm will advance the costs and is reimbursed out of the recovery.

Gordon and Partners new team for VA compensation was by far the best. The prior lawyers filed claims not related to my new issues. They left the firm and the new team took over, corrected the mistakes and won my case! I am absolutely thrilled after 27 years of service connected disabilities that have caused so much physical/mental pain. Working with this lawyer was a great experience after I interviewed many. We needed someone who was easy to work with given our busy work schedules. This lawyer made the process extremely easy by being flexible with coordinating meeting times. We were also able to communicate via text and email. Quite the contrary revealed itself to be true.
