At the law offices of Gordon & Partners, we represent the injured, not the powerful. Our firm is dedicated to representing and fighting for the rights of the injured.

The Law firm of Gordon & Partners was founded on the principle that people, as well as insurance companies and other large corporations, deserve quality legal representation.

The firm limits its practice to helping those who have personal injury or wrongful death claims against insurance companies,product manufacturers, or medical providers, persons who have suffered discrimination or other civil rights violations, and those who have lost money investing in the securities markets. Clients who have other types of legal problems are referred to lawyers with expertise in the appropriate legal specialties.

Because the firm only represents individuals, virtually all of its cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. Costs are additional, although in most cases the firm will advance the costs and is reimbursed out of the recovery.

I spoke to Steve Calamusa regarding the possibility of pursuing a diminished value claim on my Porsche. I explained to Steve my frustration with the insurance company and the DV offer that was on the table from the insurance company. Steve took the time to listen to me and then he explained my options going forward. He suggested that I accept the offer on the table and to negotiate a lack of use settlement. Steve took the time to tell me how I should go about settling my case with the insurance company. I am currently in the process of finalizing my settlement with the insurance company. I sincerely appreciate Steve's openness and honesty as well as the time he took to explain to me how I should proceed. As a final bonus Steve is a real Porsche guy and as two Porsche guys, we had to take some time to talk about our cars! Thanks Steve - I appreciate your help.

Communication was somewhat lagging. Most communication was initiated by me (via email or phone). I know my case was not an million dollar case, but I will say their response time after my accident was quick and their investigator was efficient. In the end all worked out, they did their best. While signing the documents to finish the settlement, the paralegal Maria was very efficient and informative. I would recommend this law firm.

I worked on paperwork for several years trying to get a response , to no avail. My attorney’s first response got me 10% for my hearing. That gave me hope for all my other problems that I had both physical & mental. Even when VA denied everything, they jump back on VA & refilled everything over & over til finally VA agreed. Again, these people on the boards most like have never even talked to anyone that was in combat, therefore they have absolutely no clue as to what a soldier goes thru. COMBAT VETERANS SHOULD BE IN THE REVIEW BOARDS. feel free to contact me anytime for a recommendation. You don’t know how complicated & avagrating VA files are. One wrong word can get your claim denied.

Do not, under any circumstances, use this attorney for your VA claim help. I used them and they did absolutely nothing to help me, I did everything on my own, and they still collected over $4600 from the VA for my claim. They are nothing but thief's preying on desperate disabled veterans.
