About James R. Hardy II

Attorney James R. Hardy II is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hardy Law Group, LLC. Prior to finding Hardy Law Group in 2012, Attorney Hardy served the residents of the State of Maryland by working for the State's Attorney Office for Prince George's County, MD in the Homicide Division. It was there where he helped strengthen the legal justice system by focusing on internal objectives and policies that led to crime rate deterrence and reduction. Attorney Hardy proudly served his country for eleven years as a military enlisted member in both the U.S. Army and Air Force. He has performed duty at a variety of different locations and has taken the honor of earning the Army Achievement Medal. Attorney Hardy now brings his legal experience, high ethics and legal knowledge to Hardy Law Group. He has been praised by clients for being thorough, efficient, proactive, knowledgeable and sensitive to client needs. Hired Attorney

James Hardy was the best attorney I’ve ever worked with. He was knowledgeable and attentive to all of my concerns. He made sure I knew what was going on throughout my court case and eased my anxiety over it. I felt confident going into the court room with Mr. Hardy. Unlike many other attorneys out there, he was easy to talk to and always responded back, even with a simple text. I’m thankful for finding him as my attorney.

Mr. Hardy II, is professional, punctual, trust and undoubtedly passionate about his work. My opinion he is a superior attorney and shows excellent courtroom procedures. His work is thorough and detailed. I sincerely found him to be supportive of my daughter’s case. I would highly recommend him to anyone who need legal assistance. From the very beginning Attorney James Hardy showed his expertise in law. He told me exactly what he would do to represent me and reassured me until the very end that he would take care of my situation, and that he did. Mr. Hardy's diligence resulted in my charges being dropped and he did so with much professionalism, answering each and every question I had along the way immediately whether through call or text. I called James when I had outstanding misdemeanor charges from 7 years ago come up on a background check. There was a warrant out for my arrest, and I needed to have this situation resolved ASAP in order to keep a job I was just offered. Needless to say, I was worried! James got right to work, he immediately filed the necessary paperwork with the court and got the ball rolling. After only two court dates, all charges were dropped! This was no small feat, considering I had an outstanding warrant
