We are a retired professional couple who had procrastinated on estate planning. A relative suggested Mark Drobny. Mark made what seemed a complicated, time consuming process quite manageable. His knowledge, organization, and ability to explain options helped us tremendously in making our estate planning decisions. We first hired Mark Drobny in 2004 to create a Family Trust , Personal Wills, Durable Power of Attorney for Financial Management and Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care Decisions for both my wife and me. In 2013, California made substantial changes in the probate laws governing trusts and wills which required rewriting these original documents to comply with the new regulations. Mark did an extraordinary job explaining the changes to us that saved us thousands of dollars in probate costs. We have referred several friends to him and their experience has also been excellent. We recommend Mark Drobny and his staff without reservation for Trusts and Estate Plans.

We are two aging professionals. We had an excellent experience with Mr. Drobny and his team. He efficiently and thoroughly set us up with a trust, wills, and other documents relevant to our estate. Mr. Drobny provided answers and solutions to some of our more difficult issues. He is experienced and thoughtful. We should have hired him a long time ago. Finally, we have peace of mind, as we know we are in good hands.

Mrs. Easlon was referred to us by a friend. It has proven to be a successful endeavor to create, and complete, our Family Trust. Setting up the initial meeting was easy even with present complications necessary due to the COVID world we live in. Every person assisting with our quest was responsive, professional and competent. Terri is personable while maintaining a professional posture throughout the entire experience. She explains the entire process thoroughly and entertains questions or clarifications patiently. Terri is very easy to work with and, in our view, knows exactly what she is doing. Terri really helped me during a time when my family was struggling with our mom's trust. She listened to my concerns and gave me insight into the situation which greatly reduced my anxiety and put me on a better, calmer path when communicating with my family. I have used Drobney Law in the past for my family trust and switched specifically to Terri when it became time for me to have my own personal trust. I can't say enough good things about Terri. She is compassionate, understanding, professional, responsive, trustworthy, detail oriented. I highly recommend Terri! I just like Terri as a person too! My wife an I had the privilege of working with Anastasia Salman regarding the revisions of our trust. I had a myriad of questions when reviewing the changes. Ms Salmon was excellent in explaining the complicated verbiage that I was not able to understand. Her ability to explain complicated legalese was impressive. No question was too small or inconsequential. In addition to her congeniality, she was very patient and giving of her time to clarify points. At no time did I feel rushed. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of any legal work, especially in establishing and explaining the complicated avenues of a trust.

My meeting with Ms. Easlon was handled in a very professional manner. She had all of my paperwork organized and ready for my signature. Ms. Easlon provided a clear explanation of each document before I signed it and also answered any questions I had. When I requested a slight change to one particular document, she said it was no problem and explained what I wanted to her assistant and the document was updated within 10 minutes and ready for me to sign. I found Ms. Easlon to be friendly, courteous and very pleasant to work with.
