I would highly recommend Rachel if you are searching for a divorce attorney. I had a very complicated situation and she was able to help me thoughtfully prepare and make a decision on how best to proceed. She looks at every angle before deciding the best approach which I truly appreciated.

Rachel was very informative and instructive. Her book called "The Four Ways of Divorce: A Concise Guide......" was a wonderful resource that helped me establish which course of action to take when initiating the divorce with my husband. When I initially met with Rachel, she explained these various processes and recommended mediation. Fortunately, the mediation worked out well and I was divorced in less than eight months! Anita, the paralegal is also extremely helpful, professional and efficient!

Rachel was very kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Obviously going through a divorce is a very sensitive issue but she made sure I understood the process in detail. She fought hard for me while staying positive and professional, even if I couldn't. She held firm on issues I felt passionate about and for that, I am very happy with how everything worked out.

A relationship between an attorney and client is very much like a marriage. There is need for trust, communications, proficiency, and caring. Attorney Virk is a quality role model for such traits. My legal issues became an intense gut-level, compact two and a half month episode of depositions, litigation, and negotiations. The battery of attorneys from a large well established law firm were formidable. Attorney Virk worked tirelessly to reverse my unwinnable case, and gain positive results.
