About Ozarks Family Law

Ozarks Family Law is a small firm dedicated solely to domestic practice. We specialize in Divorce, Child Custody & Adoptions throughout Springfield, Marshfield and the rest of Southwest Missouri.

My philosphy is simple - I will work hard for my clients, openly and regularly communicate with them about their cases, and treat people with the utmost dignity. My goals are simple - to make sure that you understand the legal proceedings from day one, to communicate with you often about your options, and to get you the best possible outcome for your particular legal situation. No attorney can guarantee the result of a given legal issue - but I can guarantee that you will have an attorney that cares about you and your situation every step of the way.

Hired Law Firm

I hired Justin in January of this year when my now ex-wife filed false protection orders and basically kidnap my boys not hers. During the almost 2 months I was kicked out of my house a criminal charge was brought against me from her. With the help from Justin, the protection orders were gone, criminal charge disappeared with no trace. The next step was to get the divorce started. Justin has been nothing but fair and honest to me through the whole process. Justin cares and do what's best.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
