Ruth did an excellent job. She was ethical in her approach and did her best to push for a resolution as quickly as possible. I hired Ruth Cate as my attorney at the recommendation of a friend who said she was the best in the business. She was not very helpful, didnt answer most of my questions, I had to deal mostly with her paralegal. When I did talk to her it was like she didnt have time for it or my questions.
She even ended up leaving me right before the trial, which caused me to have to get a new lawyer that didnt know my case.
I had major issues with her, she didn't like to talk tell me what was going on in the case, things I had to do nor about how to plan for events. Almost no advice, she would do no prep work for the case. When it came to trial she then quotes me a new price I had to pay within a month knowing that I didn't have that kind of money when we started to force me to change lawyers.
