Ron Scott is the lawyer you need and want.. My wife of 20 years chose to establish another family away from my minor children and I. Ron Scott immediately filed for legal separation without the requirement for alimony payments. He gained primary custody of my children for me in our home for their continuity at school and in our community. The equitable distribution of our property and financial assets was more than favorable for me. This divorce was hard; Ron Scott made it easier.

I'm father of 3 who was intimidated by the word divorce I stayed in a unhappy marrige for years until I decided to get a divorce. I went to see Ron Scott for consultation and he started on my case. I was very satisfied my the results of case. I hope my story inspire other fathers that are intimidated by the word divorce have the courage to see Ron Scott and see what he can do for you. Hired Attorney Ron Scott

I retained Ron to handle my divorce, custody, Equitible distribution and child custody case. The defendant in my case was extremely difficult to work with and Ron (in mediation) was able to broker a fair deal for me. Case did not go to trial. Highly recommend Ron.

Hired Attorney Ron Scott

Attorney Scott, Did not help my case, just asked for money. Had to switch to different attorney, Who resolved the case in month. The only thing he did was continue the case with agreement of opposing counsel. I would not recommend his office.

Hired Attorney Ron Scott

This is not how legal representation should feel. I began this process hoping I had someone in my corner. Instead, I was left with costly outcomes, limited time with my children, and deep regret for trusting this firm. I do not recommend the Law Offices of Ron Scott to anyone looking for reliable, responsive, or effective representation. After speaking with others, I was informed this was not a one-time occurrence. Ron Scott at 290 Commerce Ave, Southern Pines, NC 28387 stole money from me. 1800 dollars. Don't use this guy. He's pictured below. He has an extra-marital relationship with the moore county nc legal aid lawyer. Her name escapes me. He's 3 feet tall. Look at your shoes when looking for Ron. 2

Worst experience ever. Attorney Scott does not communicate in any sort of timely manner with his clients nor does the office in general. Time and time again, I’d call, email and even flat out show up to the office just to get any type of update about my case at all. Even then, I would be pushed off, ignored and only responded to weeks or sometimes a month or two after initially contacting/asking important questions. Attorney Scott was sending documentation and requests for things to the other parties attorney without consulting me and was asking for things we had never even discussed without any explanation to me whatsoever. I literally mean zero communication. Attorney Scott got irate once I told him to only do what I was asking for. After the divorce was final, his office strung me along and refused to help me file any necessary documents even though he had agreed to do so in the beginning. They did this purposely & It caused significant loss!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER!!!
