Would never use the this law firm. Fought a 5 year Lawsuit and at the very last hearing my attorney failed to file a motion, which was our main argument, in time for the court requirement of 30 day's. Lost the case and aprox. $45K on attorney and $65K on a attorney. I should of sued for Gross-negligence.

I had emailed Evens & Mullinix PA through their website. They had indicated on there website that they handled Landlord/Tenant law. I was returned an email that said that they only work with the Landlord & not the Tenant. They did reply right away.
