After calling this firm a few months ago, they kept pursuing me to sign a contract. I signed the contract and weeks have gone by and they never sent any type of letter of representation on my behalf. I have never spoken to an attorney. I’ve never spoken to anyone actually in the state of North Carolina, only some people that say they are in Florida. They have literally done nothing but make excuses and lie. They have actually harmed my case by failing to respond properly to my insurance co. I have come to determine that this is some sort of scam as they don’t share a database and I’ve had to send multiple people proof of my identity and documentation. My gut instinct is that they are stealing my identity and we’ll try to claim something with my case, even though they haven’t even sent a letter of representation.

They are one sorry but law firmi would hire them to watch my dog my wife fell and bust her head open bust lips open broke her knee in 5 places morgan and morgan said she had no case I would not hire them for no reason

I was ran off the road on 95 in South Carolina in a witness gave testimony to the officer of what happened. Morgan and Morgan jumped on my case for a year before dropping me claiming they didn’t believe they could win my case. Then entire time they represented my case I couldn’t speak to nobody. They didn’t want to accept my view of the law regarding my auto policy. Very unprofessional, not compassionate at all, and definitely not considerate. Scale 1 to 10, I give them a 0. Now The EddyLaw firm, with the same information, Morgan and Morgan had, makes me say thank you Morgan and Morgan for dropping my case.😘

Mr. Moorman's character is out of alignment with the Bar Association's code of ethics - and his license number isn't even available in a search. First, he sent letters of representation out on a personal injury matter and through the past 2-3 weeks stated he is representing me. He had not called to introduce himself, so I requested an introductory call. He then gives a sales pitch on how blessed he is and video surveillance demonstrated liability, which he referred to as a "mistake", to then tell me he would not be taking my case. If he didn't think it's a high value case, that's what he should have said, and should never have pretended to represent me. This lawyer is extremely dishonest and now I have to clean up a huge mess he created. Do not waste your time.

No one ever returned our calls when we complained we would finally get a call only to find out the attorney and their assistant assigned to our case was no longer there and they would have to review the current status. They were more concerned about settling the case than fighting for us. Even saying we are fighting Blue Cross Blue Shield and they stand their ground. When we received another offer we asked that’s what we would get minus your payment. You know their work only involved emails back and forth. We were told yes this is the amount you would receive minus any leans and usually that would be small if any. We are not attorneys and did not know leans are public knowledge. So we said yes let’s get this closed out. To our SURPRISE there was $40,000 in leans which we would not have agreed to and would go to court as m husband still suffers from this accident. Called Morgan and Morgan gave them my information and the rep said she was going to review the information with the team. Came back a few seconds and said they wouldn't be able to take my case. So after all the information I gave you, it only took yall a few seconds to talk it over a make a decision?? Something is not right and the case was not reviewed. I asked the rep how did they come to the decision so quickly and she couldn't explain it. Is this also representative of how your lawyers are? Not sure what kind of games this firm is playing. Will not recommend.

My experience with Morgan & Morgan was deeply disappointing. Communication was horrendous from start to finish—calls and emails went unanswered, and I was left constantly following up with no clear guidance or accountability. I also felt there was deception in the intake process simply to sign me on as a client, followed by a complete lack of transparency and responsiveness afterward. Once retained, the level of service dropped significantly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Morgan & Morgan to anyone looking for honest communication, professionalism, or reliable client support.

This firm is a total nightmare. I filled out the form on their website to request the free consultation they claim to offer. This firm called my phone NON STOP for a week straight, including on the weekends. It threw me off because I don’t know of a firm that is open on the weekends and how do they have this much time to call and email me 3 times a day? I hesitated but I called them back. I was transferred to the intake person who asked me the generic questions and told me the firm would do some digging and then get back to me. There was never a consultation that took place. Why blow up my phone and email multiple times a day to never even do the free consultation your website says you offer? This place clearly just takes time getting your personal information to later send you spam emails about their law firm. Don’t waste your time.

My experience with this lawyer has not been enjoyable whatsoever due to not once but twice being lied to about the evidence on my case and him deciding that it’s OK to take 40% of something he did not fight for coming from my car insurance company and not the at fault parties insurance company you don’t deserve that 40%. That is my money.
