I am the parent of an apparent speeder. My son was travelling home from Holiday Valley to Canada on a snowy night. A car was aggressively tailgating him. Being a young driver, he was not comfortable pulling over in pitch darkness, lack of road shoulder, and snowy conditions. Facts: Speeding. 48mph/30mph zone. Pelham. Joseph said he'd be able to reduce the points from 4 to between 0-2. I assumed he'd get 2, but he well exceeded my expectation with 0 points! Zero! The fine was roughly what the other would have been. Joseph is a decent person. You can tell just by talking to him.
