They did not properly review the work of their individual lawyers to ensure high quality services. The labor challenges we presented were not handled under proper California labor law procedures. They utilized very outdated forms for hiring, review and termination procedures that left us open to further litigation.

US Disabiled Veteran (Plaintiff) NCED Federal Case 7:2020cv00163 Littler Mendelson PC Attorney's defended UNLICENSED NC Plumbing Contractors Carolina Fresh Water LLC Defrauded the EEOC, the NC Industrial Commission, The NC board of Contractors for Plumbing & HVAC, the NC Dept of Insurance. The Veterans Administration Homeless Grant and Medical Bills need to be paid for the Plaintiff!!!!!

They spent a vast amount of Resources to Defraud the Veterans Health Care Administration for a former EMPLOYEE of Carolina Fresh Water LLC. The Owner/Operator of Carolina Fresh Water LLC/Speaks Teleservices never had even a NC Contractors License! Amazing Attorney's that know Exactly how to Defraud the EEOC, The NC Industrial Commission, The NC Dept of Labor, The NC Dept of Insurance. Plus of course the US Veterans Administration.
