I was in a really bad accident a few weeks after having open heart surgery. It was physically and emotionally distressing. Luckily, the surgical would didn’t break open but the chest and back pains were significant. The Pulverman firm was with me every step of the way in the recovery and the claim process. Mr. Pulverman is a professional, I had a accident and with in days I contacted him to discuss my case and he accepted. But first he was truly concerned about my well being. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed and informed me that he would contact the insurance company and let his office do the rest. He would be in touch. Well that's exactly what I did....rest. We keep communication open through phone and emails. They were totally devoted to me and we settled quickly. I am 100% happy.
