Raymond Pulverman was thorough, communicative, calm, and efficient in carrying out this case for us. I thought for awhile I could navigate the insurance claim world on my own; after one consultation with Pulverman I realized I would never be able to take on the at-fault driver's lawyers and insurance company. I was in a serious traffic accident and needed representation. A retired attorney friend recommended Martin Pulverman to me. He was wonderful. He clearly explained the legal process to me and how he works. I could ask him whatever questions I needed to so that I felt comfortable. I was recovering from serious injuries and he was so patient with me. I can't tell you how much I appreciated him and his services. He didn't make anything off me, but I still felt like an important client. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation. I spoke to Raymond Pulverman yesterday about a problem with the opposing insurance company's offer to settle in a minor auto accident. In a 30 minute free consult, he provided valuable insight on several topics and alerted me to Medicare's requirements for repayment of medical charges we incurred. To do this accident resolution over from the start, I would have called them and asked them to deal with the other party's insurance.
