Hired Law Firm

I had originally hired a lawyer with no federal court experience so he hired Ms. Leary as a sub. I had moved out of state so we convened by video chat. Ms. Leary told me if I went to court, I would get nothing. Her demeanor went from hostile to congenial frequently. She never explained to me the laws concerning oral agreements or anything pertaining to law at all. She and my primary Attorney allegedly arranged a video chat with the Doctor who confirmed I would eventually need a knee transplant! It was a slip and fall case in a store that resulted in a cracked patella and required immediate knee surgery! The video chat with the Doctor cost was $1000. Ms. Leary and my primary Attorney then informed me deadlines had passed and the chat with the Doctor was meaningless! I had turned the disbursement over to the Veen Firm because my primary Attorney did not appear to be trustworthy. They then decided to charge me $1000 for the chat anyway.This is unacceptable! Preying on the weak, and sick.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
