The Law Offices of Arsen Sarapinian, P.C. is a full-service law firm, advocating for clients throughout Southern and Northern California. We have offices in Beverly Hills and San Francisco and handle cases from the pre-litigation phase through discovery and jury trial in state and federal courts.

The law firm's approach is to treat all clients like family and provide quality legal representation - not charging clients any upfront fees or costs, not backing down and settling with insurance companies below the true value of the case, and maximizing case results for each and every client. It is our mission to approach each case with the utmost attention and detail.

The law firm works on a contingency, meaning we are only paid a percentage once you are paid at the end of a case.

Working with Arsen was an excellent experience. After 2 years of trying to work with an "attorney mill" and a private attorney, I wished I'd found Arsen first, as those other law firms steered me wrong in their advice and actions. Arsen wasn't afraid to take on one of the most powerful insurance companies in the nation. Even though I had paid for the highest coverage with this company my entire life, they fought me every step of the way when my car was totaled in an accident. It was the other driver's fault, but they didn't want to pay my claim without a huge fight, even though I sustained serious back injuries that changed my life forever. It took 4 more years, but Arsen was as supportive as I needed and never showed impatience. He kept expenses to a minimum, guided me in what to do at each step, used resources in his network, and reduced medical bills owed to result in the maximum award possible. He is also strategic and easy to talk to. I recommend Arsen without hesitation.

I have a very complex case that involved a lot of parties shifting responsibility for it, a management company, an owner and a HOA, and I was a renter hurt on the premises. Arsen Sarapinian wrapped it up in mediations with a very high award. He is ambitious, yet patient, young yet wise, and most importantly, he has a conviction not to lose a case or settle. Premises cases can take a lot of time and he was always there to talk me down from the ledge of frustration and giving up hope. Arsen Sarapinian is experienced beyond his years. I contacted Arsen Sarapinian for a second opinion on an auto accident case I had with another law firm. I felt the law firm representing me was dragging on the case and was not communicative. Arsen was kind and understanding of my situation and gave me some great advice on how to proceed. We had several conversations and not once did I feel like I was bothering him. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work. My only regret is not contacting him first. Thank you Arsen for your professionalism!
