The Law Offices of Arsen Sarapinian, P.C. is a full-service law firm, advocating for clients throughout Southern and Northern California. We have offices in Beverly Hills and San Francisco and handle cases from the pre-litigation phase through discovery and jury trial in state and federal courts.

The law firm's approach is to treat all clients like family and provide quality legal representation - not charging clients any upfront fees or costs, not backing down and settling with insurance companies below the true value of the case, and maximizing case results for each and every client. It is our mission to approach each case with the utmost attention and detail.

The law firm works on a contingency, meaning we are only paid a percentage once you are paid at the end of a case.

This was my fist time dealing with anything like this and definitely hope its the last time but if something does happen it give me great comfort knowing I know exactly who to Call so to say the least I was Very Glad I choose them for my representation I couldn't ask for better

My experience with my lawyer was great I was recommended to him by someone. He took my case the same day my accident happened I got medical attention right away for my injuries. He explained everything right away. He told me not to worry that he will take care of everything and that’s exactly what he did. He took care of everything i did not have to worry about anything. I am very satisfied with my lawyer. I recommend him 100% so if you need a lawyer please don’t hesitate to call him.

Getting into a car accident is stressful enough—I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. But when it happens, you’re suddenly dealing with doctors, insurance companies, and making sure you’re actually getting the care you need. It’s a lot. That’s why having someone in your corner to guide you through it all really makes a difference. I was fortunate to have the Law Offices of Arsen Sarapinian on my side, and honestly, they’ve been amazing from start to finish. Juan V, my case manager, was especially helpful—he explained everything I needed to know about the insurance process and made sure I got all my appointments lined up, from physical therapy to MRIs. What stood out the most was how responsive and supportive the whole team was. They kept me updated, answered all my questions, and really made me feel like they cared about helping me recover. It’s been a truly positive experience, and I wouldn’t think twice about recommending their firm to any of my friends.

I’m so thankful my friend referred me to Arsen! I had a complicated case with a drunk driver who fled and Arsen was still able to prove liability, track them down, and get maximum payout for me. His team is amazing and very trustworthy, communicative, and knowledgeable. I truly don’t think I would have gotten the results I got elsewhere, it was a Godsend.

Arsen was the second attorney for my case. The first attorney had a high turnover rate and was not following through. A friend suggested we call Arsen and I'm glad they did. Arsen and his team are amazing. They would call with updates, as well as, just to check on me. My case took about a year and half to finalize, but Arsen was able to settle the case with our full asking price from both insurances. He also has a great network of physicians to refer you to. I highly recommend using Arsen and his team!
