Daniel Marshall has been a state and federal real estate litigation attorney for over 21 years. His practice includes all levels of the court system including the Fourth District Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Hired Attorney

Daniel did his homework. He had a strategy, stuck to it under pressure and won our case. From beginning to end, his team answered emails and calls timely. They were all professional and nice. Overall a good experience during difficult times. The cost was fair and we knew up front exactly what it would be. I have to say also, we never felt rushed or hurried along when dealing with Daniel or his team. I liked that.

Hired Attorney

Daniel did a good job evicting two separate parties from an illegal duplex setup for me. Was not cookie cutter case and he got the evictions through the courts with a favorable outcome. We went to trial. He is totally prepared to go to court and is not just aiming for the easy cases. If you have a unique case or think there could be trouble Daniel Marshall is your guy. Very professional with a great team.
