Hired Attorney Mark S. Drobny

Mark was referred to me by my financial planner. Having had my trust done by a local attorney in 2004, it needed updating. Mark reviewed my prior trust and identified numerous problems with this prior trust. He updated my trust in a professional manner at a very reasonable price. I worked with his assistant who was responsible and punctual. I am very satisfied with his service and recommend him without hesitation.

Mark was very helpful describing the various needs of our particular family trust. He explained the many parts of the trust and why certain strategies were required for our situation. The questionnaire provided prior to our first meeting caused us to get our personal and financial life in order. We are so relieved that this is now done and our family will now be spared dealing with probate.

We'd had a Trust set up over ten years ago and basically needed to have it updated. Mark handled our initial and final meetings very professionally and in a very timely manner, had our package completed. We especially appreciate the fact that the purchase includes guidance and assistance for our Trustees, in the event both my spouse and I are incapacitated or deceased.
