Mr. Duggan recently prevailed in a HUD Fair Housing complaint that was filed against our public housing authority. Mr. Duggan gave us very sound advice and was very zealous in opposing HUD's attempts to force us into a conciliation agreement. Although HUD took over 2 years to complete its investigation, we finally received a favorable written determination of no reasonable cause resulting in a dismissal of the fair housing complaint.
