Hired Attorney David Bach

David Bach is an exceptional attorney who provided his expertise during a recent Guardianship case for our family. He guided us through a complicated process very skillfully, taking the time to explain his approach and help us navigate the court proceedings successfully. He is not only very knowledgeable but also compassionate and allayed any of our concerns immediately. His ability to work with the court and other legal counsel was also instrumental. Being out of state, he was available by phone and email, was responsive, and a good communicator. He provided the much-needed support to our family during this emotional time. I would highly recommend David Bach.

Hired Attorney David Bach

David handled my legal guardianship case. It was a difficult and emotional time for me and David completely understood. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the process; he was never "too busy" to respond to my questions. In court he made me feel confident and comfortable. I recommend David because he knows what he's doing! He is approachable, competent, and 'human.' I was impressed with him and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an accomplished Family Law Attorney.

I interviewed with Mr. Bach after being served divorce papers. I had planned on interviewing with more than one attorney. He was the first one to meet with me, and I was so comfortable with our conversation that I knew I didn't need to look further. Mr. Bach is professional, knowledgeable of the law, compassionate, articulate, organized, and available to talk with as needed. Beyond his professional skills, he is a fun, kind, and caring person. He thoroughly explained the law to me and answered my questions in terms I could understand. He understood what I was wanting for a settlement and he made it happen! Mr. Bach was early to our court appearances and was great at relieving my anxiety so I could enter the courtroom focused on the hearing. I highly recommend Mr. Bach to get you through the divorce process!!!! Very compassionate human being!!!?

Hired Attorney David Bach

David Bach was the second attorney I retained to handle my divorce. He clearly explained all my options and respected my decisions. He worked to accomplish my goals as efficiently as possible without pressure to seek a different path. He was unflappable in the face of my ex's posturing and injected a dose of humor into a painful process. It would have been a much faster & less frustrating process if I had started with him from the beginning.

Hired Attorney David Bach

David did an incredible job, from an initial consultation about protecting non-marital assets through the absolute divorce. He was always responsive while also being mindful that his time was expensive, and when it was clear that my divorce would be uncontested, encouraged me to have informal discussions with my ex-spouse about the settlement terms and to only engage him for the formalities. He paid careful attention to the details as we negotiated the process and made sure I understood every detail at every step in the process. While divorce is never pleasant, it was a pleasure having him as my attorney as we worked through it.
