Hired Attorney James L. Riotto

Great Guy. I have never had to deal with lawyers or anything like it, but Mr. Riotto made it beyond easy. In essence I really didn't need to do anything, just told him my problem and he did the rest. I got a speeding ticket for going 126 mph and instead of losing my license or going to jail, Mr. Riotto got it reduced so low that all I have to do is pay a fine. I would recommend Mr. Riotto to anyone and plan to hire him if I ever run into trouble again.

Excellent attorney. Easy to get a hold of returns emails/phone calls very quickly. Very knowledgeable. Used him to appeal a devastating decision and he had it overturned!! Saving a career! Highly recommend to all CDL holders or anyone

I work in a law firm myself, so I fully understand how busy things can get behind the scenes and how communication cycles naturally ebb and flow. Because of that, I wasn’t one of those clients who needed constant daily updates — I trusted the process. That said, it would’ve been nice to receive an occasional quick email just letting me know where things stood. Aside from that, I had absolutely no issues. No complaints at all. Most importantly, I received exactly the outcome I hoped for — no points on my license, which meant my insurance did not go up. Ultimately, the resolution made complete sense. I’m satisfied, appreciative, and would absolutely return to them again if I ever had another traffic violation. I recommend them.

He took care of the case quickly, proficiently and with compassion, I never even had to make an appearance! I'd return to him with questions in the future, and would recommend him as well.

I consulted them for my speeding ticket. One associate contacted me and promised that I could wave the points with a little fine. Also, I noticed the time on the traffic violation was wrong, which could be disputed. It ended up that I still had to pay 200-300 for a fine and got 2 points on me. Based on the price I pay for them, it is not worth it. I could dispute myself with a lower penalty and points. Other than that, they are very responsive and good at communication.

I read multiple reviews about this lawyer, and they assured me they would help with my case. I was told that I could even get my case dismissed. Keep in mind that I paid a hefty price for their services. After paying the office and sending everything they asked for, I wasn't satisfied whatsoever. I paid the lawyers almost twice what the court issued me, so they didn't end up reducing my fine by that much. After I paid, I felt that I wasn't that important anymore and was pushed to the side. I also felt that they didn't really fight the most they could've regarding my case. If you are considering using these services for a traffic matter, I DO NOT recommend it, look elsewhere.
