Not sure where all these good reviews come from because that was absolutely not my experience. More like a used car dealer than an attorney, I explained my financial situation to him. As an attorney he should have advised me I qualified for Legal Aid. He doesn't use his powers of persuasion on behalf of his client instead to convince his client he's getting a good deal. On several occasions he told me one thing then the exact opposite the next week. I don't think he knows when he's lying and when he's telling the truth. In my instance, I would have been better speaking for myself. Save your money
We hired Trafidlo for $15k to represent. Over the course of two years my dates were continued 9 times between Trafidlo and the DA. He would often cancel court dates just a few days before, and if I called him regarding my case or for questions, he would not call back for weeks at a time. For $15K all I got for service was a bunch of cancellations, a couple court dates (which he was typically late for) and a few meetings. We ultimately ended up firing him.
