Hired Attorney Wayne R. Coulter

My father died earlier this year and Attorney Coulter guided us through the process of transferring assets to my mother, filed the court papers necessary in carrying out the terms of his will and provided valuable advice. Later this year my mother also passed away and again, Attorney Coulter is guiding and advising us in carrying out the terms of her will. He is professional, very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. Highly recommend him.

Ms. Bell was excellent! She was able to explain all of my questions in detail until I understood them. She was very patient and made me feel comfortable with any questions I might have had. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends and family. She is the best attorney I have found.

Hired Attorney Wayne R. Coulter

My wife and I hired Wayne R Coulter of Delzer, Coulter and Bell, PA to handle the estate and probate matters when my mother passed suddenly last November. The whole office was very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process. Their fees were reasonable and about what we expected. We would recommend the services of this law firm to anyone.
