The Law Office of David M. Goldman was founded by lawyers who have been clients in the past. As a result, our services, fees, and business objectives are centered around our client's perspective.

Our Florida based law firm uses the latest technology to help us be as responsive as possible. The law firm uses technology to help us keep costs reasonable. We try to use flat fees whenever possible to avoid billing surprises. In most cases the flat fees even include faxes, copies, and long distance calls.

We know many people do not have time during the day to discuss their legal issues; therefore our lawyers are available after hours to discuss your issues. My first impression, dealing with the office, was great as Elizabeth and other workers in the office contact you immediately when you have a question or to assist you in any way. Then I had a video call with Mr. Goldman and I thought I was going to deal with a subaltern but no you deal directly with him. Based on a questionnaire sent in advance to you to define basic stuff Mr. Goldman drafts the related documentation and the video call we had was 1 hr. long which tells you that it is a very detailed discussion. I was extremely happy as many things I didn't even think about were brought up by Mr. Goldman and to my pleasant surprise they were all aspects of protecting my assets. Mr. Goldman takes his time to go over with you in detail and explains everything in very clear terms. I am hooked now and any other related service I will definitely use him in the future. Professionalism, attention to detail, and clarity are some of the aspects I experienced with this firm, and I recommend them.
