The attorney and legal assistants were very helpful in completing our case. The personal injuries were important and my husband and I were treated like people with needs and concerns. I thank all those at David Kohm's office who were so helpful in fulfilling the needs as they were required.

I had to call several times to get them to respond about something. I don't know if it was the lawyer or the receptionist at fault.

This law firm and it's employees were extremely helpful and did just as the law allows as per personal injury due to automobile accident.

The cost for services is very reasonable. The communication is almost nonexistent! Will not keep you up-to-date on process, never returns any calls and if you do end up getting a hold of a associate you get nothing but negative attitude and the feeling of you are bothering them with your meaningless questions.

The paraleagal was not very informative. she could not answer our questions. We asked about a situation and they told us we had to call the creditor ourselves.We thought we were paying them for these problems. We were not satisfied with them.

Calls not returned timely, does not stay in touch with client. Passed from person to person without letting me know I have a new contact person.

Worst Law Firm I have ever worked with. They are liars and hustlers. They sent a Mexican man to prey on my mother and I at Accident and Injury Chiropractor, when their staff is all white and could care less about me. After 3.5 years and being made a higher offer, the case was still unsettled and they made me believe the case was worth less than it was actually worth with their word play (hustlers) until today, when they made me accept $3,000 as I said that was the lowest I'll accept (when they assured me it could be a higher amount) and they kept $9,200 for themselves. $9,200 and I'm the client. Its not right, they don't care and are not there to help or support you... only to take a large portion of your funds and do minimal, horrible work, that they call you several times to get the same info as they are incompetent and a terrible law firm. Stephanie was rude and lied to me today!!
