WE have know John Even for many years. So I will say that he was our first choice. I get many advertisements in the mail for trusts and estate planning and at various prices. I called a few of them. We stayed with John for several reasons. He had a flat fee with us. So there was NO chance of getting billed extra hours for this and that. Which is often the cast once you sign on the dotted line. John was very explanatory about the process of setting up a trust, He looked at all our information. our children, accounts and many things I had never considered. This was what I needed to get clear on the whole process. I like to know what I am getting into. John answered all my questions and inquiries and did an excellent job of setting up the trust. We got a large folder with all the documents and all of then also online to download. John is easy to work with and you get a good sincere feeling from him. It feels good to know things are done right. That's it.

I first hired Michael Edgell in a near death emergency. At 80 years old I had narrowly survived and was recovering from a bad case of Covid which had left me in a coma for 10 days and a month long hospitalization. I was medically confined to home and have remained so except for essential visits to the doctor. I was so worried that I would die leaving my estate to a person who had abused me, so that was indeed an emergency. Michael was very understanding and worked patiently with me to rewrite my estate plan including financial and medical powers of attorney. Michael came to my home with witness and paralegal to finalize my rewritten estate plan. I was very thankful to have had Michael as my attorney.
